Zinc Respite Services
Our Zinc Respite is a service for adults with complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities & autism.
Our service gives families and carers a chance to take a break from their caring responsibilities at the weekend.
Our highly experienced staff provide the essential level of support needed so families can rest assured their loved ones are safe and supported when they stay with us.
Who is it for?
Individuals who are 18+, with mild to moderate disabilities. Participants with more complex needs please contact us to confirm we can support your needs.
Number of Participants
There are a maximum of 6 places for each weekend. This allows us the flexibility within the program to maximise engagement and interaction with each member.
Support workers
If you currently have a support worker as part of your daily care plan then we will work with you to facilitate this on our respite weekend.
Staff
All workshops are run by specialist Zinc staff, highly experienced in the delivery of effective respite care.
Fee
The price is £350, this includes accommodation, food and all activities
